摘　　要：分析了国内外图书馆几种在线参考咨询服务方式的优缺点,并对改进图书馆在线参考咨询提出了几点对策。This paper analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of several types of onlinere ference service in library, and gives some suggestions on improving online reference.
