摘　　要：介绍一种适用于提取富含多糖和酚类物质的香蕉果肉总RNA的方法。此方法可用于从不同成熟度的果肉中提取总RNA。经紫外分光光度法检测和1%琼脂糖变性凝胶电泳分析,结果表明,所得样品RNA具有较好的完整性,较高的纯度和产率,可满足RT-PCR研究要求。An efficient method for isolating total RNA from pulp of different ripening-stage banana fruit, which contains rich carbohydrate and phenolic compounds, was introduced. The results of 1% denatured agarose gel electrophoresis and ultraviolet spectrophotometer analysis showed that the total RNA samples of banana pulp extracted by this method had no obvious degradation, a good purity and high production. These RNA samples prepared by this method could meet the most of molecular biological such as RT-PCR experiments.
