钢塑复合管生产线自动控制系统的研究

摘　　要：钢塑复合管既具有钢管的耐压性能 ,又具有塑料管的耐腐蚀性能 ,为塑料 /胶 /钢管 /胶 /塑料的五层结构。工控机、PLC及触摸屏等构成了钢塑复合管生产线控制系统的核心 ,对挤出温度控制系统和速度联动控制系统进行了重点介绍。应用结果表明 ,研究的钢塑复合管生产线控制精确高 。Steel-plastics composite pipe has both the pressure resistance of steel pipe and the corrosion resistence of plastics pipe,being a five-layer multiple structure of plastics/adhesive/steel/adhesive/plastics.The center of the autocontrol system of the production line for steel-plastics composite pipe is make up of with the industial control computer,programmable controller,touch screen,and et al.The extrusion temperature control systems and pace linkage control systems are introduced in detail.The result of production shows that the control precision is high and the reliability is good in the steel-plastics composite pipe prodution line.
