氯沙坦对心力衰竭患者血浆内皮素及左室功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂氯沙坦 (Losartan)抗心力衰竭疗效及对充血性心力衰竭患者血浆内皮素的影响。方法　 4 5例患者 ,随机分为氯沙坦治疗组 (2 7例 )和对照组 (18例 ) ,氯沙坦治疗组加用氯沙坦 ,每日 5 0mg ,连服 4周 ,观察其治疗前后内皮素 (ET)水平及心功能改变情况。结果　氯沙坦组 2 5例患者心功能得到明显改善 ,血浆ET水平均显著下降 (从治疗前 90 .4 6± 2 5 .17pg/ml降至 6 5 .33± 2 4 .4 3pg/ml)。结论　血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂能通过降低血浆内皮素水平改善心功能。Objective To examine the effect of Losartan potassium on heart function and neurocrine hormones in patents with congestive heart failure .Methods Forty-five patients with congestive heart failure were devided into two groups:One retreated with Losartan of 50mg once a day for 4 weeks,the other untreated.Before and afrer the treatment,endothelin(ET)was measured in all the patients.Results After treatment,heart function was improved;the level of ETwas significantly decreased.Conclusion Losartan can improve heart function and regulate the function of vascular endothelial cells .
