摘  要:提出一种采用BP AMOCO工艺的氧化单元钴、锰催化剂和溴促进剂的消耗模型。模型首先对氧化单元配料系统进行分析,建立氧化单元钴锰溴的消耗与配料混合罐出口流股的流量、钴锰溴的浓度,以及氧化单元循环母液的流量、钴锰溴浓度的关联模型;然后再对氧化单元钴锰溴循环系统进行机理和统计分析,建立氧化单元母液的流量、钴锰溴的浓度与配料混合罐出口流股的流量、钴锰溴的浓度的关联模型;最终建立可以根据配料混合罐出口流股钴锰溴浓度和母液循环率,计算氧化单元钴锰溴消耗的模型,从而为操作参数优化提供基础。The consumption model of the cobalt, manganic, and bromide salts, which are used as catalysts and a catalyst promoter in the p-xylene oxidation reaction of BP-AMOCO technology, was proposed. Firstly, based on the mass conservation law of the feed preparation system, the consumption model using the flux, the cobalt concentrations, the manganic concentrations, and the bromide concentrations of the feed from the feed preparation system and the mother feed of the oxidation unit as the independent variables was obtained. Secondly, based on the mechanism and statistics analysis results of the cobalt, manganic, and bromide circulating system of the oxidation unit, the model used to describe the flux, the cobalt concentrations, the manganic concentrations, and the bromide concentrations relationship between the feed from the feed preparation system and the mother feed of the oxidation unit was obtained. Thus, the model employed to calculate the value of the consuming cobalt, manganic, and bromide salts according to the flux, the cobalt concentration, the manganic concentration, and the bromide concentration of the feed from the feed preparation system and the liquor circulating rate were developed . The operation condition optimization is based on the consumption model.
