摘　　要：在城市化进程中,不可避免要进行房屋拆迁,但如何依法拆迁,正确处理好政府、拆迁人、被拆迁人的关系,保护好拆迁当事人特别是被拆迁人的合法权益,是值得研究的问题。In the duration of the urbanization,it is inevitable to pull down some old houses and relocate the residents.What the government should pay attention to is how to do the work legally and deal well with the relation among the government,the organizations in charge of the work and the household that has to be relocated due to pull-down of the original home,and how to protect rights of the household mentioned above,which are also the subject the author studies in the article.
