转双价基因抗虫棉对棉蚜的控制作用

摘　　要：用田间罩笼和实验室饲养法,研究了转双价基因抗虫棉对棉蚜(AphisgossypiiGolver)的控制作用,结果表明,抗性棉上棉蚜的内禀增长力(rm)和种群趋势指数(I)均明显小于常规棉(对照),对棉蚜的控制作用明显。因此棉蚜内禀增长力(rm)和种群趋势指数(I)可作为棉花抗性鉴定的重要依据。Control effect of the two kinds of insect resistant genes cotton varieties to Aphis gossypii Golver was examined by rearing in artificial climatic chamber and the chest covered in the field. The results show that the trend indexes of population(I) and innate capacity of increase( r_m) of Aphis gossypii Golver on resistant cotton variety were less than that of the contrast cotton variety.The insect resistant cotton varieties to cotton aphid have evidently control effect.
