毛白杨雄花序营养成分分析及评价

摘　　要：对毛白杨雄花序的蛋白质、脂肪、膳食纤维、氨基酸、矿质元素、维生素等营养成分进行了分析测定,并与常用饲料的营养成分进行比较。结果表明,毛白杨雄花序中含有丰富的营养,其中蛋白质含量高达17.6%,脂肪含量达3.8%,粗纤维含量达12.1%,富含动物生长必需的微量元素和氨基酸,很值得进一步的开发利用。The nutritional components (such as protein,fat,diet fiber,amino acid,mineral element and vitamin etc.)of Chinese White Poplar male anthotaxy were analysed and determined.They were also compared with the compositions of other crops.The results showed that Chinese White Poplar male anthotaxy was a good material with rich nutrients.It contanined 17.6% protein,3.8% fat,12.1% diet fiber,and some trsce elements and some amino acids,which were to be needed by animals.So it was worthy of development and utilization.
