六味地黄丸合胰激肽原酶干预高血压病肾损害的疗效观察

摘　　要：将 75例阴虚阳亢型原发性高血压病患者 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组加服六味地黄丸和胰激肽原酶 ,连续治疗 1 2周 ,比较 2组疗效、微量白蛋白尿 ( m Alb)和肾小球滤过率 ( GFR)情况。结果显示治疗组能显著改善临床症状 ,2组均能显著升高 GFR、降低 m Alb,2组疗效比较有非常显著意义 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,说明六味地黄丸合胰激肽原酶能够减轻阴虚阳亢型高血压病患者的肾损害 ,同时又能改善临床症状 ,提高疗效。Dividing 75 cases of hypertensive disease patients of asthenic Yin causing predominant Yang type into therapeutic group and contrast group,giving the therapeutic group Liuweidihuang pills and pancreatic kininogenase in addition for 12 weeks,then compare TCM symptoms、mAlb and GFR.The result showed that the clinic symptoms were improved significantly in the therapeutic group.The GFR got increased while the mAlb got decreased in both groups,there are very significant differences when they were compared to each other (P<0.01).It can be said that Liuweidihuang pills plus pancreatic kininogenase can lessen the damage of kidney in hypertensive disease patients belonging to the asthenic Yin causing predominant Yang type,improve clinic symptoms and enhance therapeutic effects.
