摘  要:在江西农业大学(南昌)对来自5个省的12个青榨槭种源首次进行种源试验。对1年生青榨槭苗期性状和生物量进行调查观测,通过方差分析、聚类分析等方法,分析青榨槭苗期苗高、地径及组成生长量相关性状的种源间差异和相互关系。结果表明,青榨槭种内存在丰富的遗传变异,苗高、地径和生物量在种源间具有极显著差异,并且苗木生物量在地上和地下部分结构上的分配具有高度的相关性,初步筛选出湖南茶陵、江西九连山自然保护区、湖南新宁等3个苗期生长优良的种源。The first provenance test on 12 provenances of 5BAcer davidii from 5 provinces including Jiangxi, Hunan etc, was carried out in the Jiangxi Agricultural University (Nanchang). With statistical methods, such as variance and clustering analysis, the genetic variations of Acer davidii were studied based on biomass and relative traits investigated in 1- year- old seedlings from different provenances. The results showed that there were abundant variations in Acer davidii; and there were very significant differences among provenances in seedling height, diameter and biomass. There was a very significant correlation between aboveground organs and underground organs in biomass distribution.Three superior provenances were screened out based on the indexes,namely,Chaling,Hunan;Jiulianshan Nature Reserve,Jiangxi and Xinning,Hunan. They were Hunan Chaling, Jiangxi Jiulianshan conservation zone, and Hunan Xinling.
