摘 要:应用温湿度二因素回归最优设计,采用自行改制电热烘烤箱进行烘烤,研究了贵烟4号中部烟叶变黄阶段烘烤环境与烤后烟叶化学组分的关系,结果表明:在温度32℃~42℃、相对湿度75%~95%范围内,随着变黄温湿度的逐渐升高,烟叶有机物多项指标综合得分表现出先增加后下降的趋势;变黄温度36.5℃~39℃,相对湿度83%~90%范围内,烟叶有机物多项指标综合得分变化幅度较小即出现一个高峰平台;温度对烟叶有机物多项指标综合得分的影响大于相对湿度对其影响。从既提高烟叶品质又利于烘烤操作方面考虑,总结出烤烟烘烤变黄阶段以稳定在温度37℃~38℃,相对湿度85%~87%,即干湿差以2℃为宜。The effect of different temperature and relative humidity(RH) combination on chemical compounds of flue-cured tobacco leaf during the yellowing stage was studied by using the electric-heated flue-curing barn remolded by self and the middle tobacco leaf of Breed Fourth and using the perfect layout of two factor regression. The results showed that the synthetic figure of indexes about the contents of organic matter increases at first and descends at last as temperature and RH increase when temperature is between 32℃~42℃ and RH is between 75%~95%. The synthetic figure of indexes about the contents of organic matter appears a high flat roof when temperature is between 36.5℃~39℃ and RH is between 83%~90%. And the effect of temperature is larger than that of RH. The study shows that the quality of tobacco leaf is perfect when temperature is between 37℃~38℃ and relative humidity is between 85%~87%, the difference between dry ball temperature and wet ball is about 2℃.
