摘　　要：成教教务管理工作与成教办学质量间有密切关系。搞好成教教务管理工作的基础是搞好其常规工作,强化成教教务管理人员现代意识,培养创新能力,实现管理目标。There is close relationship between the job of administration and the quality of running a school for adults.Doing well in the daily affairs, strengthening the administrators' modern conksciousness, training their innovating ability and achieving the puapose of management are the bases of doing well in teaching administration in higher schools for adults.
