摘 要:目的 研究江油市钩端螺旋体 (简称钩体 )病高发原因 ,为该地提供科学防治钩体病依据。方法 对钩体病传染源—田间小动物密度、构成 ,和猪、牛带菌状况调查 ;自然人群、牛血清抗体测定。结果 田间小动物 (啮齿目、食虫目 )平均密度 6 6 9% ;黑线姬鼠平均构成 80 2 4 % ,平均带菌率 16 2 4 %。自然人群抗体阳性率 2 0 0 0年为 19 88% ,2 0 0 1年为 10 14 %。结论 黑线姬鼠构成及其带菌率高 ,是主要传染源 ;自然人群抗体水平低 ;二者是江油市钩体病高发的主要原因。Objective To explore the cause of high incidence of leptospirosis in Jiangyou city and offer the evidence for scientifically preventing the leptospirosis. Method To investigate the infection source of leptospirosis including the density and composition of the small field animals, the carrier rate of pigs and cattle, the antibody level of healthy population and cattle. Result The averaged density of the small field animals which belong to rodentia and insectivora is 6 69%; The apodemus agrarius accounted for 80 24% in the small field animals, and its carrier rate is 16 24%. The positive antibody rate of healthy population was 19 88% in 2000 and 10 14% in 2001. Conclusion The main cause of high incidence of leptospirosis in Jiangyou is the high carrier rate of the apodemus agrarius, which is also concerned with the small field animals and the low antibody level of healthy population.
