摘　　要：目的　了解暗娼行为情况 ,以利于干预。方法　由经过培训的调查员对公共娱乐场所的暗娼在取得知情同意和保密的情况下 ,对暗娼进行访谈匿名填写问卷。结果　性病和艾滋病对暗娼危害很大 ,为了有效控制其流行 ,必须加大宣传力度 ,改变行为 ,提高防治技巧 ,减少感染性病和艾滋病的机会。结论　为了有效控制经性传播艾滋病重要途径 。Objective To investigate the situation of commercial sex worker (CSW) in favor of implementation of intervention. Method The trained surveyors interviewed the CSW and filled in the questionnaires anonymously after gained the consent of CSW. Result STD and AIDs have harmful impact on CSW. In order to control the widespread of STD and AIDs, we should strengthen the publicity, change behavior and improve the skills of prevention and treatment aiming to lower the opportunity of being contracted with STD and AIDs. Conclusion In order to control the infectious channel by sex behavior, it is very necessary to conduct the monitoring and intervention on CSWs.
