摘 要:使用丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺利用γ射线预照射对聚丙烯丝束进行了辐射接枝改性。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析表明单体接枝到聚丙烯(PP)丝束上。接枝实验结果显示,增加接枝体系的单体浓度和吸收剂量可以提高PP的接枝率,在反应温度为70℃时,接枝反应4h即可以完成。选择适当的反应条件,接枝率可达200%,丝束的回潮率得到了改善。Graft co-polymerization of acrylic acid (AA) and the acrylamide onto polypropylene (PP) fibers using pre-irradiation of γ-rays was studied. Characterization by FTIR showed that monomers were grafted onto the PP fibers. Results of the experiments with the grafted PP fibers showed that the grafting ratio could be improved by increasing the monomer concentration and absorbed dose of the grafting system. At 70℃, the grafting reaction was finished in about 4 hours. The grafting ratio could be as high as 200% by properly selecting the reaction conditions. Moisture absorption property of the PP fibers was improved.
