摘 要:顺-1,2-二羟基-3,5-环己二烯 (DHCD) 是化学合成高性能材料1,4-聚苯的单体。本文系统地研究了用大孔吸附树脂从发酵液中提取DHCD的方法,进行了树脂的筛选,考查了流速,溶液中葡萄糖浓度等因素对吸附能力的影响。选择极性的NKA-II树脂作为吸附剂,采用1.2ml/min的流速,用甲醇作为洗脱剂对DHCD发酵液进行提取,使提取率达到82.2%,大大优于现有的用二氯甲烷萃取的工艺。Cis-1,2-dihydroxycyclohexa-3,5-diene (DHCD) is the monomer for the chemical synthesis of poly-para-phenylene which is a material with excellent electrical properties. The method of extracting DHCD from the fermentation with macroporous resin is investigated systematically in this paper, including the selecting of resins and finding the factors to the capacities of absorption, such as the flow speed and the concentration of the glucose. The polar NKA-II resin is chosen as the absorbent to extract DHCD, with the speed of 1.2 ml/min and using methanol as the solvent. As a result, the extraction rate is 82.2%, much better than the existing technique with methylene chloride as a solvent.
