摘　　要：中国已经加入WTO,为了与国际惯例接轨,中国政府正在推行《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》和合理低价中标的招投标法,本文从建筑施工企业的现状分析,提出制定企业定额的必要性及编制方法。China has joined WTO,in order to engaged with the international convention,Chinese government is pashing CODE OF VALUATIONWITH BILL QUANTITY OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS and the method of get the bidding in low price in reason.Here stars with this article thepoint set about the analysis on constructional enterprise's actuality ,try to promote the necessary and compiling method of drawing and researchingon enterprise's ration.
