摘 要:以中优16为母本,镇麦3号为父本配制组合Ⅰ;以992803为母本,苏麦6号为父本配制组合Ⅱ,从各个组合中获得6个世代P1、P2、F1、F2、B1、B2。对两个组合的6个世代群体进行遗传分析:两个组合的3d和5d的穗发芽均符合加性-显性-上位性模型,加性效应和显性效应都普遍存在;但3个上位性效应在两个组合中未能一致地检测到,总有一些效应较小被剔除;此外穗发芽性的遗传还存在超显性现象。Two crosses were established and its 6 crossing generations P_1, P_2, F_1, F_2, B_1, B_2 were obtained. The cross I was formed with Zhongyou16 as female parent, Zhenmai 3 as the male patent. And the second cross was done with 992803 as maternal and the Sumai 6 as paternal. The genetic model analysis of 2 crosses showed that, characteristic of genetics for grain germination at mature period fitted well with the model of additive-dominance-epistasis. There were additive and dominant effects in 2 crosses. Some epistasis effects were eliminated, for their smaller or no significant effects. The genetics of grain sprouting had the phenomena of super-dominance.
