摘  要:本试验以红叶石楠茎尖培养所得的试管苗为外植体,探讨了不同植物生长调节剂的浓度对试管苗增殖和不同培养基配方对试管苗生根的影响,建立了一个有效的快速繁殖体系。结果表明,芽增殖的最适培养基为MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,增殖系数为7.2。生根的最适培养基为1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L,生根率为100%,平均每株生根5.3条。Effects of concentrations of 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) and alpha-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) on Red Robin shoot multiplication and effects of different concentrations of mineral salts and NAA on rooting were studied. An efficient protocol had been developed for Red Robin propogation from shoot tips in vitro. The best medium for shoot regeneration was MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L. Shoot regeneration frequency was 100% and an average of 7.3 shoots per explant was obtained. The regeneratedshoots were rooted on the medium of 1/2MS+NAA 1.0mg/L. The rooring frequency was 100% and per shoot regenerated an average of 5.3 roots.
