摘 要:合成了两种新型巯基三唑化合物 ,分别采用腐蚀失重法、动电位扫描极化曲线和交流阻抗法研究了其在 1.0mol/LHCl介质中对Q2 35钢的缓蚀作用 ,分析了缓蚀作用机理 .结果表明 :对碳钢在 1.0mol/LHCl溶液中 ,合成的巯基三唑化合物是性能优异的缓蚀剂 .Two kinds of new triazole compounds were synthesized.Their inhibiting behavior on carbon steel in 1.0 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution was investigated by means of weight loss,potentiodynamic polarization and AC impedance methods.The results show that the triazole derivatives suppress both the anodic and cathodic process and the inhibition effect is caused by geometrical blocking of the metal surface by adsorbed inhibiting species.The investigated triazole compounds inhibit corrosion by adsorption mechanism and the adsorption leads to the formation of a protective chemisorbed film on the metal surface which suppresses the corresponding corrosion reaction.The synthesized triazole compounds are found to be excellent corrosion inhibitor for carbon steel in hydrochloric acid.
