尤里卡沥青作为德士古气化原料的试车分析

摘　　要：南化公司首次用硬质尤里卡沥青作为德士古激冷气化炉的原料,2次投料成功,全沥青运行分别为20h和28h。对试车过程做全面阐述和总结,C转化率98.5％,(CO+H2)消耗沥清0.392kg/m3,氧耗0.387kg/m3,蒸汽消耗0.285kg/m3,全沥青试车过程原料消耗高于渣油,但运行成本比渣油低44.8％。Nanhua Company used hard Eureka asphalt as the feed of Texaco quenching gasifier for the first time, the two times of commissioning both got succeeded,operating 20h and 28h respectively, with the asphalt as the sole feed.This paper describes and summarizes the commissioning process. The results show that C conversion was 98.5%, CO + H2 consumed 0.392kg/m asphalt, O2 consumption was 0.387kg/m3 and steam 0.285 kg/m3.In this process, the commissioning consumed more feed than using residual oil as the feed, but its operation cost was 44.8% lower than using residual oil.
