多孔涤纶低弹网络丝单股生产工艺探讨

摘　　要：通过在POY生产过程中进行合股,对熔体输送温度和纺丝温度进行优化,选择合适的喷丝孔径和纺丝速度生产260 dtex/288 f POY原丝,在法华12E3加弹机上对加工速度、温度及D/Y比进行调整,成功地以单股加工方式生产出优质167 dtex/288 f DTY产品。Through the combination during the process of turning out POY, optimizing the temperature of spinning , choosing the suitable diameter of spinning-hole and the spinning-speed ,produce 260 dtex/288 f POY. Using ICBT-12E3 machine, adjusting operating-speed, temperature and the ratio of D/Y, produce high quality 167 dtex/288 f DTY.
