摘　　要：目的　探讨E cadherin(E cad)和α catenin(α cat)与子宫内膜异位症 (EM )的关系。方法　采用SP免疫组织化学法分析 30例EM患者在位内膜和异位内膜E cad、α cat的表达 ,并选择 30例同期育龄非EM患者的子宫内膜进行对照。结果　正常子宫内膜E cad、α cat主要表达于腺上皮细胞 ,在分泌期与增生期表达无差异。与对照组相比 ,E cad、α cat在EM患者在位内膜表达显著下降 ,异位内膜极显著下降 ,并且与EM的临床分期相关。结论　EM患者从在位内膜到异位内膜E cad、α cat均有显著变化 ,这可能与EM发生、发展有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between E-cadherin(E-cad),α-catenin(α-cat) and endometriosis(EM). Methods Expression of E-cad and α-cat was evalutated by immunohistochemistry method in eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues from 30 patients with EM and the endometrial tissues of 30 non-EM subjects during the same menstrual phase. Results E-cad and α-cat were restricted to epithelial cells,and their expression remained constant throughout the menstrual cycle.Decreased expression of E-cad and α-cat in epithelial cells was found in eutopic endometrium(P< 0.05)and ectopic endometrium (P< 0.05) compared with controls. A decreased expression of E-cad and α-cat was also observed in advanced stages of the disease. Conclusion In patients with EM,the expression of E-cad and α-cat changs significantly from eutopic to ectopic endometrium which may be involved in the development of EM.
