摘  要:越来越多的教练员愈加重视心理训练,但在心理训练中仍存在一些误区。很多教练员认为运动员在赛场上表现不好是因为其不努力。恰恰相反,运动员非常努力,但往往事与愿违。他们担心失败,害怕挫折,过度紧张,这使得他们无法有好的表现。教练员应该意识到运动员在赛场上表现不好往往是由于唤醒水平过高而不是过低。为了避免出现过度紧张的现象,运动员要学会放松。More and more coaches pay more attention to the psychological training, but there are still many misconceptions in psychological training. Most coaches persist that poor performance of athletes during competition is a consequence of luck of endeavor. To the contrary, since ath-letes longed for victory, they try their best, but couldn't perform as well as desired. They were too worried and afraid of failure, too anxious, and these made them play bad. It's important for coaches to know poor performance during competition is more frequently a consequence of over arousal than under arousal. Too much arousal is detrimental. To learn to avoid too much tension, athletes need to learn how to relax.
