膝关节症状性滑膜皱襞与骨性关节炎

摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节症状性滑膜皱襞与骨性关节炎的关系。方法关节镜下观察症状性滑膜皱襞的部位、宽度、厚度、颜色、弹性、分型及软骨磨损的部位和分级。结果294膝症状性滑膜皱襞宽度大于股骨髁1/2以上者占74.49%,明显增厚者占78.57%,皱襞出现部位以髌内侧为主,占74.50%,分型以C型多见,占53.40%。软骨退变以股骨内髁非负重区为主占74.49%,股骨滑车沟次之占60.88%,髌骨中央嵴第三占45.92%。结论膝关节症状性滑膜皱襞可能与膝关节骨性关节炎的发生相关。Objective: To discuss the relation between symptomatic synovial plicae and osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods: To observe the position, width, thickness, colour, elasticity, type of symptomatic synovial plicae and position, grading of chondromalacia by arthroscope. Results: In 294 kness, the width of symptomatic synovial plicae beyond to a half of femoral intracondylar were 219/294 (74.50%). The obviously thickening plicae were 231/294 (78.57%). The main position of symptomatic wynovial plica was medial patellar plica 219/294 (74.50%). The main type C was 157/294(53.40%). The cartilage degeneration of femoral intracondylar in unweight loading area was 219/294 (74.49%), 179/294(60.88%) of femoral trochlea and 135/294 (45.92%) of central crest of patella. Conclusions: The symptomatic synovial plicae maybe relate to osteoarthritis of knee joint.
