浅议工程量清单计价模式下的定额管理

摘　　要：在工程量清单计价模式下 ,传统定额的作用发生了根本的变化 ,文章提出了短期内政府发布工程定额存在的必要性。关于定额管理的下一步工作如何开展 ,作者认为应分两步走 :一、工程量清单推行初期的定额管理 ;二、市场经济体制相当完善及工程量清单计价模式成熟后的定额管理。Under the valuation pattern of engineering amount List,the effect of traditional quato has thorˉoughly changed.This paper has put forward the necessity of the engineering quota announced by the government in the short term.In terms of the ways on howto carry out the following work of quato adminstration,the author thinks it should be divided into two steps:Firstly,taking the initial quato adminstration to engineering amount List;secˉondly,taking auato administration under the condition of a sound market economy system and a mature valuation pattern of engieering anount List.The author also expesses his own opinion about the specific operation of the two stages.
