衣康酸/苯乙烯磺酸共聚物的合成及其阻垢性能研究

摘　　要：以衣康酸 (IA)和苯乙烯磺酸 (SSA)为原料 ,合成IA/SSA共聚物阻垢剂 ,确定的最佳合成条件 :反应温度为 10 3℃ ,反应时间为 2h ,引发剂用量为 7% (占单体总质量 ) ,IA∶SSA质量比为 2 8∶1。在此工艺条件下合成的IA/SSA共聚物阻垢剂 ,其阻碳酸钙垢的阻垢率可达99%。IA-SSA copolymer,a scale inhibitor,was synthesized from itaconic acid (IA) and styrene sulfonic acid (SSA).The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:reaction temperature 103 ℃,reaction time 2 h,mass fraction of initiator (NH_4)_2SO_8/(IA+SSA) 7%,mass ratio of IA/SSA 2.8.The scale inhibition rate of the product for CaCO_3 can come up to 99%.
