摘　　要：本文研究了“配体竞争一等色点光度法”测定高稳定性配合物的稳定常数,利用该法研究铜(Ⅱ)与PRA的配位反应,测得该反应生成1:1型配合物1gK_(ML)=16.44,1:2型配合物1gK_(m12)=25.93。In this paper , a method Which is called 'Ligand competition - isosbetic spectrophotometric method' is developedto determine the stability constants of high stable complexes. It is used to study the coordinate reaction of copper(Ⅱ) with PAR in which two complexes are formed with components of 1:1 and 1:2, then a result is obtained that the logarithm of the stability constant of 1:1 complex is egual to 16.44 and 1:2 complex is egual to 25.93.
