摘　　要：准确地评估城市道路网容量的供应和需求,从而合理地改扩建城市道路设施,优化城市路网布局,实现城市路网 容量供需平衡,是一个迫切需要解决的问题。It is urgent to solve the problem that evaluate and appraise accurately the supply and demand of urban road network capability. Then it would reform and expand the urban road construction in reasonable. Meanwhile, it would optimize the urban road network and realize the equilibrium of supply and demond.
