调经孕育方药对排卵障碍性不孕者子宫内膜感受态的影响

摘　　要：目的研究调经孕育方药对排卵障碍性不孕者子宫内膜感受态早孕相关因子方面表现的影响。方法采用服用方药前后自身对照的方法,27例受试者分别于LH-2、LH+7、LH+10进行子宫内膜活检取材,进行免疫组织化学的分析。结果服用方药后,19种早孕相关因子中的18种其表达强度均有不同程度的增强,表明子宫内膜感受态明显改善,促进内膜中活性物质活跃和活性显著增加,认为内膜感受态的协调改善是实现助孕作用的重要基础。结论中药对子宫内膜感受态的影响体现了方药所具有的肾气样作用,是中医肾“精、气、血”的综合体现。Objective To study the effect of Tiaojing Yunyu Decoction on the expression of early pregnancy cytokines about competence of endometrium in anovulatory infertility. Methods 27 cases were treated with Tiaojing Yunyu Decoction, and immunohistochemistry was detected in the biopsy of endometrium on the day of LH-2, LH+7 and LH+10. Results The expressions of 18 early pregnancy cytokines were increased varyingly after treatment in immunohistochemistry detected. Conclusion The prescription of Tiaojing Yunyu Decoction can enhance coordinately the endometrium functions much better and promoting the competence of endometrium, and all these are the foundation of the decoction improving the rate of pregnancy, and suggested that the decoction have the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine kidney-Qi.
