摘  要:目的观察清化消瘀方对2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者氧化应激状态的影响。方法将72例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例,对照组36例。对照组予西药常规治疗方案(但禁用抗氧化剂),治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用清化消瘀方,疗程4周。治疗前后测定血浆SOD、GSH-PX活力、MDA。结果治疗组和对照组治疗前与正常组比较,血浆MDA升高,SOD、GSH-PX活力降低(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组MDA水平明显下降,SOD、GSH-PX活力明显升高(P<0.01),与正常组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者存在氧化应激,清化消瘀方有一定抗氧化作用。Objective To observe the effect of Qinghua Xiaoyu (QHXY) on oxidative stress state in type 2 diabetics. Methods 72 diabetics were randomly divided into two group including QHXY treated group (n =36) and western medicine control group (n =36). The level of SOD, GSH-PX activity and MDA in plasma of patients were tested simultaneously before and after treating. Result The level of SOD, GSH-PX activity in plasma of patients were significantly reduced than those in normal group, while the level of MDA in plasma of patients were higher than normal group. After treating with QHXY, the level of SOD and GSH-PX activity in plasma of patients were significantly higher than those in control group, while the level of MDA in plasma of patients were lower than contral group. Conclusion QHXY could ameliorate the oxidative stress state in type 2 diabetics, which maybe one of effective mechanisms.
