摘  要:本文研究了φ32mm×3mm,倾角为14°和10°的不锈钢管内沸腾传热恶化特性。针对流动不均匀性,讨论了各参数沿周向分布的不均匀性,提出在整个传热恶化区域,存在两种不同的传热恶化机理,基于传热与流型有关的设想,首次采用两相折算流速来整理传热恶化数据,获得了折算流速与最大内壁超温峰值的关系曲线。实验研究证明,用两相折算流速来整理数据,不仅“浓缩”了数据,而且揭示了各运行参数间一些新的规律。In this paper, the characteristics of boiling heat transfer deterioration in 1Cr18NigTi tubes with 14°or 10°inclined angles are investigated. The non-homogeneous distribution of parameters along circumferential induced by non-homogeneous flowing is discussed, and the two kinds of heat transfer deterioration essences in the whole heat transfer deterioration region are analysed. Based on the thought that heat transfer is related to flow pattern, it is the first time to obtain the relationship between the conversion velocity and the maximum inside wall temperature excess by using the two-phase conversion velocity in data processing. It is found out that not only the heat transfer data are 'condensed', but also some new principles among the operating parameters are achieved by applying conversion velocity in data processing.
