高胰岛素血症的血脂改变及其与微量元素铬的关系

摘　　要：对143例高胰岛素血症病人的血脂和血铬测定发现,胆固醇、甘油三酯、最低密度脂蛋白以及载脂蛋白均明显升高,高密度脂蛋白均降低,血铬均值明显下降。并对高胰岛素血症的血脂代谢失调和血铬缺乏进行了讨论。The levels of blood lipids and serum chromium in 143 patients with hyperinsulinemia were determined. The results showed that Tc, Tg, VLDL- C and APO- B of the patients were higher but HDL- C was lower than the control group. The mean value of serum chromium was apparently decreased. The relationship between blood lipid metabolism disturbance of hyperinsulinemia and chromium deficiency has been discussed.
