摘 要:研究了以KOH作蚀刻液、恒温60℃蚀刻时CR-39探测器的α粒子径迹情况。实验表明,α能量越低则径迹显现时间越短;能量低至70keV时,CR-39就不能显出径迹。径迹直径随蚀刻时间延长而增大。能量1—4MeV时径迹随能量变化较快;超过4MeV时,这一变化逐渐减小。当α粒子的入射角大于40°时,实际角度和根据径迹参数而求得的角度非常一致;而小于此角时,两者相差较大。The experiment was done at 60℃ with KOH as etching solution. The results showed that the lower the alpha particle's energy, the earlier the developing time of track. When the energy of particle was less than 70keV, the track could not be developed. The track size increased with increasing etching time. It changed rapidly with energy in the range from 1 to 4 MeV. As for energies was higher than 4MeV, the change decreased gradually. If the incident angle of alpha particle was greater than 40?, the actual incident angle would coincide the calculated value. But there was a great difference in the two angle values for the incident angle less than 40°.
