摘　　要：采用^(131)I-HIPDM胰腺显像剂对10例正常与10例疾病胰腺进行闪烁显像,其中7例还进行断层显像。SPECT显像避免肝脾放射性的重叠而显得清晰。This study attempted to assess the clinical feasibility of pancreas scintgraphy using 131I- HIPDM. The pancreas of 10 normal volunteers, 6 cases of pancreas cancer and 4 cases of chronic pancreatitis were studied. In 7 cases, excellent SPECT pancreas images was obtained due to exclusion of the overlapping with the radioactivity around the liver and spleen area.
