摘 要:以脂环族环氧树脂为扩链剂,对聚酰胺(PA)1010的加成型化学扩链做了研究,并对3种扩链剂(ZH9221、ZH 206和TDE 85)的偶联效果和扩链产物的热稳定性能进行了探讨。结果表明,3种扩链剂对PA 1010的扩链增粘均十分有效,熔体转矩可分别达到初始值的4倍、5倍和6倍以上,而且所需反应时间依次减少。其中,TDE85南于带有2个缩水甘油酯型环氧基团而活性很高,但在一定温度下熔体转矩达到极大值后开始缓慢下降.表明扩链产物在高温条件下发生断链。扩链剂用量存在最佳值,用量过多对扩链反应并无益处。扩链后PA 1010的端羧基含量降至原先的20%~30%。A systematic study was performed for the chemical chain extension of polyamide 1010 (PA 1010) in the mode of addition reaction with taking alicyclic epoxide resin as chain extender. The coupling effectiveness of three kinds of chain extenders (ZH 9221, ZH 206 and TDE 85) and thermal stability of the chain-extended resultants thereof was explored in detail. The results demonstrate that all these chain extenders are very effectual in tackifying PA 1010 through chain extension. The melt torques of the resultant PA 1010 with the chain extenders are increased by a factor of 4, 5 and 6 respectively compared with their initial values and therefore, the required reaction time is reduced in the same sequence. TDE 85 exhibits rather high activity due to its dual epoxy groups of glycidol; however, the melt torque goes down gradually after reached the maximum at a given temperature. The fact indicates that there possibly occurs chain rupture in the chain-extended resultant at high temperature. There exists an optimum value in dosage of the chain extenders; excessive chain extender brings about no benefit to chain extension reaction. The end carboxyl group concentration of PA 1010 decreases to 20%-30% of its original value after the chain extension.
