摘  要:对SPECT图像的单能窗、双能窗及多能窗加权采集三种散射校正方法进行比较研究。模型实验及临床试验结果均为单能窗(对称窗)采集时对比度及FSD%(标准差分数百分值)最小,多能窗加权采集时对比度及FSD%均最大,双能窗采集时对比度和FSD%介于二者之间。虽然多能窗加权采集法从对比度和FSD%综合考虑明显优于单能窗及双能窗采集法,但是该方法计算过程复杂、占用内存大。双能窗采集法相对简单、结果可靠,更适合于临床常规应用。Three scatter correction techniques including (Ⅰ) single energy window,(Ⅱ) dual energy window, and (Ⅲ) multi- energy window weighted acquisition were compared in this study. Results indicated that the contrast and percentage fraction standard deviation(FSD%) were smallest in Ⅰ and largest in Ⅲ, as calculated from phantom test and clinical application. Although the result of Ⅲ is the best, its calculation is very complicated and occupies more disk space. It concludes that Ⅱ is more suitable for routine clinical use, due to its simplicity and accuracy.
