摘　　要：叙述了甲苯二异氰酸酯 (TDI)与三羟甲基丙烷 (TMP)和 1 ,4 丁二醇 (1 ,4 BD)在催化剂的作用下制备预聚体的合成路线。研究了异氰酸酯基 (NCO)与羟基 (OH)的配比、反应温度以及催化剂种类对游离TDI含量的影响 ,为降低预聚物中有害游离单体提供了有效的方法。The route for synthesizing the prepolymer based on toluene diisocyanate(TDI),trimethylol propane(TMP) and 1,4 butanediol(1,4 BD) in presence of catalyst has been described .The influence of the ratio of TDI/TMP, type of catalyst and reaction temperature on the content of free TDI monomer has been discussed. And the effective measures to reduce the harmful free monomer containing in the prepolymer were provided.
