摘  要:不同剂量的γ射线辐照不同继代时间的玉米自交系愈伤组织,愈伤组织生长速率和二倍体细胞比率随剂量升高而下降,非整倍体细胞和染色体畸变则上升。在分化培养基上,辐照后的愈伤组织,再生植株的能力降低,畸形苗明显增多。γ射线不仅能提高再生植株的变异率,而且可扩大变异范围。Calli from the inbred line Huangzaosi of maize in different subculture periods were irradiated with γ-ray of 0.5-28.8Gy.The growth rate of the calli and percentage of diploidy cells in the calli were reduced,and the frequency of aneuploidy cells and chromosomal aberration in the calli increases with increase of irradiated dose.On differentiation medium,calli irradiated with γ-ray produced less plantlets and more abnormal plantlets than control ones.On the analysis of types and frequency of chromosomal aberration in callus cells and abnormal plantlets,it is concluded that with γ-ray irradiation,the variation of regenerated plantlets could be increased and the range of variation could be enlarged
