摘  要:目的 评价超声心动图对部分型肺静脉畸形引流 (PAPVC)和完全型肺静脉畸形引流 (TAPVC)的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析 9例TAPVC及 4 2例PAPVC的超声心动图特征 ,并与手术结果相对照。超声检查内容包括二维及彩色多普勒显像 ,多部位、多切面观察肺静脉开口部位、引流途径及数目、合并畸形情况 ,并测量各房室腔大小及三尖瓣返流峰速 ,估测肺动脉压力。结果  4 2例PAPVC患者中术前正确诊断 32例 (76 % ) ,漏诊 10例 (2 4 % )。 9例TAPVC患者中术前正确诊断 9例 (10 0 % )。结论 超声心动图是肺静脉畸形引流患者术前诊断的首选方法 ,如能多部位、多切面仔细观察 。Objective To investigate the value of echocardiography in the diagnosis of anomalous pulmonary venous connection (APVC).Methods Nine patients were diagnosed as having total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC) and 42 patients having partial anomalous pulmonary venous connection (PAPVC) by echocardiography. All the results of echocardiography were compared to those of surgery. Each patient was examined by using a combination of parasternal, subcostal and superasternal windows to visualize all the pulmonary veins and their drainage sites and associated abnormalities.Results Diagnosis of 32 (76%) patients with PAPVC was truly made by echocardiography and 9 (100%) patients with TAPVC were truly made by echocardiography.Conclusion Echocardiography is the preferred examination method in the diagnosis of APVC before surgery. With careful examination using multiple windows and sections, APVC can be accurately diagnosed by echocardiography.
