主动脉弓离断6例超声心动图分析

摘　　要：目的　提高超声对主动脉弓离断的诊断能力。方法　应用超声心动图检查 6例主动脉弓离断患者 ,研究其超声心动图表现特征。并与心导管造影及术后诊断进行对照分析。结果　 6例主动脉弓离断 ,其中A型 5例 ,B型 1例 ,多合并动脉导管未闭及肺动脉高压。结论　超声心动图为主动脉弓离断提供了早期、无创、及时、有效的诊断手段 。Objective To improve the diagnosis of interruption of aortic arch (IAA) by echocardiography.Methods Six patients with LAA were studied and analyzed by echocardiography. All the results of echocardiography were compared to those of angiocardiography and surgery.Results Among the 6 cases of IAA, there were 5 cases of type A and one case of type B. Most of the cases were associated with patent ductus arterioses and pulmonary hypertension.Conclusion Echocardiography offers an early, noninvasive, effective and in-time technique in diagnosis of IAA. It is the preferred examination method with important clinical value.
