摘 要:初步研究了聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯 (PTT)固相聚合及其玻璃纤维 (GF)增强工艺 ,探讨了PTT的热稳定性及GF含量和树脂特性粘度对GF增强PTT性能的影响 ,并对PTT与聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯 (PBT)增强前后的性能进行了比较。结果表明 ,添加GF可大幅度提高GF增强PTT的力学性能和热性能 ;树脂特性粘度对未增强PTT缺口冲击强度和热变形温度的影响较为明显 ,但对GF增强PTT的性能影响较小 ;高粘度PTT的热稳定性较差 ;GF增强PTT、PBT的综合性能相差不大。The processes for solid state polymerization and glass fiber reinforcement of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT) were researched. The heat stability of PTT, and the influence of glass fiber content and resin intrinsic viscosity on the properties of PTT were discussed. The properties of reinforced and unreinforced PTT were compared respectively with those of PBT. The results showed that the mechanical and heat properties of PTT could be improved greatly by glass fiber reinforcement. The effects of resin intrinsic viscosity on notched impact strength and heat distortion temperature of unreinforced PTT were marked, while the effects on the properties of reinforced PTT were lesser. The heat stability of PTT with high viscosity was bad. The general property of glass fiber reinforced PTT was similar to that of reinforced PBT.
