水性涂料用醋丙乳液的研制

摘　　要：本文采用种子乳液聚合方法合成了一种高性能醋酸乙烯 -丙烯酸丁酯共聚乳液 ,讨论了聚合过程中单体的选择、聚合温度、乳化剂的配比及用量和引发剂等因素对产品性能的影响 ,确定了聚合配方和聚合工艺 ,经实验测试 。A high performance vinyl acetate-butyl acrylate copolymer emulsion is prepared in a process of seed emulsion polymerization. The factors that influence the properties of product are described, such as selection of monomers, polymerization temperature, emulsifier ratio and usage, as well as initiator, etc. Thus an optimized formulation and polymerization process are finalized. The testing results indicates good properties of emulsion.
