针刺足阳明经穴对家兔胃窦平滑肌细胞内钙离子浓度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺足阳明经穴对胃平滑肌细胞内第二信使Ca^(2+)的影响。方法:将45只家兔随机分为生理盐水组、阿托品模型组、针刺足阳明经穴组、针刺足少阳经穴组、针刺足太阳经穴组,每组9只。分组处理后,取胃窦平滑肌,制成活的单个平滑肌细胞悬液,以荧光分光光度计测定细胞内钙离子浓度([Ca^(2+)]i),结果:针刺足阳明经穴组胃窦平滑肌细胞内[Ca^(2+)]i明显高于阿托品模型组(P<0.01),而其他各组间细胞内[Ca^(2+)]i差异均无显著性意义(P>00.5)。结论:针刺足阳明经穴对胃运动的影响与胃平滑肌细胞内Ca^(2+)Objective: To investigate effect of acupuncture at acupoints of the Foot-Yangming Channel on Ca^(2+) in smooth muscle cells of stomach. Methods: 45 rabbits were randomly divided into normal saline control group, atropine model group. Foot-Yangming Channel acupoint group, Foot-Shaoyang Channel acupoint group and Foot-Taiyang Channel acupoint group, 9 rabbits in each group. After treatment. the isolated rabbit antral circular smooth muscle cells were preparared and the concentration of cystosolic calcium were determined with fluorospectrophotometry. Results: The concentration of cystosolic calcium in the Foot-Yangming Channel acupoint group was significantly higher than those in other groups (P<0. 01). There was no significant difference among the other groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture at acupoints of the Foot-Yangming Channel on gastric motor is related with release of intercellular Ca^(2+) in smooth muscle of the stomach.
