摘　　要：本文所述及的设备由德国Uhde公司设计和制造,经改造去掉DMT熔融及贮存设备,添加PTA调浆、贮存设备并相应改造了控制系统。介绍了PTA调浆贮存系统、酯化釜、缩聚釜的设计特点,讨论了酯化和缩聚的工艺条件,并分析了本工艺路线的优缺点。因该装置是由DMT法稍作改造而成的,可为国内许多采用间歇法DMT路线的厂家摆脱经济效益的困境提供启示。The DMT batch process equipments with capacity of 10,000t/y designed and manufactured by German Uhde Co.are modified including take the PTA mising and storage devices in place of DMT melting and storage equipments in addition to the corresponding reform of the control system.The designing features of PTA mising and storage system,reacters of esterfication and polycondensation are introduced,the merits and shortcomings of new technology are also analysed.The experinces obtained are useful for the reference of modification of DMT process to PTA process.
