摘　　要：目前,有7台连续蒸煮器采用最新的工艺技术生产阔叶木浆。在不同的工厂,已经证明紧凑蒸煮(CompactcookingTM)可以提高蒸煮得率,均匀蒸煮而降低卡伯值的波动,降低浆渣含量,提高浆料黏度和具有良好的可漂性。本文将讨论短程漂白的可能性。“热”ClO2漂白使得短程漂白成为可能,并降低了白度的返黄。本文还介绍了在漂白工段使用紧凑压榨洗浆机的经验。There are today 7 continuous digesters operating on hardwood accord ing to the latest process technology In different mills COMPACT COOKINGTM has been proven to give increased pulp yield, uniform cooking with low Kappa deviat ions and low reject content, high pulp viscosity and good bleachability It is possible to choice short sequence bleaching thanks to the use of 'hot' chlorine dioxide stage, therefore lower the brightness reversion of the bleached pulp The experiences of COMPACT PRESSTM in bleach plants will also be presented
