摘　　要：从工艺、设备及操作各方面对改善烟用聚丙烯丝束的卷曲性能进行了探索和研究。认为减小卷曲轮宽度,将卷曲刀口修正为R=1.5～2.0mm的半圆弧,选择适合的卷曲箱长度和高度以及卷曲速度和压力等措施的实施,能使丝束的卷曲性能,特别是卷曲弹性和回复适合烟滤棒的要求。Investigations in technology,equipment and operation etc.are carried on to improve the crimping property of PP tows for cigarette filetr tips.It is considered that the implementation of such measures like the reduction of width of crimping disc,modification of crimping knife's edge to R=1.5-2.0mm and optimation of height and length of crimping box as well as speed and pressure of crimping will improve the crimpability of tows particularly the crimp elasticity and resilience to meet the requirements of cigarette filter tips.
