护罩双内回流燃烧器的试验及研究

摘  要:首次提出一种新型煤粉锅炉燃烧器—护罩双内回流燃烧器,该燃烧器由一端与一次风管相联,另一端高度与一次风管相等而宽度方向渐扩的护罩,以及对称加装在护罩内,顶端与一次风管重合的双非流线体组成,燃烧器出口与炉壁相平行。针对该燃烧器,测定了结构参数对回流区的影响,利用三维PDA测量了回流区内气流速度,湍动能,切应力以及颗粒浓度的分布,并在3.35×10~5kJ/h(20kg/h)的单角炉上进行了热态试验,试烧了加福,松木坪,青山等三种不同类型的煤,最后分析了该燃烧器的稳燃机理。This paper first put forward a new type pulverized coal boiler burner-two inner return circulating flows with shield type burner. One end of the burner is joined to primary air pipe, the height of the burner is equal to that of primary air pipe at the other end the shield enlarges gradually in width direction, it is mounted in the shield in symmetry, the top end is composed of a pair of non-streamline bodys which coincide with primary air pipe, the exit of burner parallels to furnace wall. The influence of the structure parameter with respect to the return flow area of the burner has been determined. The airflow speed, turbulent kinetic energy, shearing stress as well as distribution of particle concentration in the return are has been also measured with three-dimensions PDA, and it has been made the thermal state experiment on a 3.35×106kJ/h (20 kg/h standard coal ) thermal capacity furnace of our own laboratory, tried to fire jia Fu, Song Mu ping, Qing shan, the three different kinds of coals, and finally analyzed the steady combustion mechanism of this burner.
