成瘾者自愿戒毒康复中“家庭联谊会”介入的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨“家庭联谊会”在成瘾者自愿戒毒康复治疗中的效果,并对“成瘾者家庭联谊会”——简称“家庭联谊会”(Family Association)这种新的家庭介入模式做介绍。方法:采用匿名问卷调查、“家庭联谊会”介入组与对照组的对比分析。结果:采用家庭联谊会的介入组在成瘾者自愿接受戒毒康复治疗时的各种情况和指标都明显好于对照组,仅完成基本康复治疗的介入组就高出对照组9.78个百分点,进一步接受生理、心理康复治疗的介入组高出对照组45.15个百分点。结论:“成瘾者家庭联谊会”这种新的家庭介入方法,在成瘾者自愿接受戒毒康复治疗中有积极的影响和重要的作用。Objective:To introduce a new model named 'Family Association of Addicts' (Family Association) as a family intervention treatment to the voluntary detoxification-rehabilitation treatment for addicts, and evaluate its effect on them. Methods: To analyze the difference between intervention and control groups. Results: The intervention group which had been treated by Family Association recovered physically and psychologically better than the control group. During the base phase of treatment, it was 9.78 percents higher and during later phase it was 45.15 percents higher. Conclusion: Family Association plays a very important role in the voluntary detoxification-rehabilitation treatment for addicts.
