环氧氯代烃的化学反应及其在药物中的应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了环氧氯代烃的两种化学反应:取代反应和开环反应.同时介绍了由环氧氯丙烷制出的心血管药物和抗过敏药物、抗抑郁药等例子.基于作者对甲基环氧氯丙烷的研究,我们又对甲基环氧氯丙烷在药物合成中的应用作了介绍.目前,用环氧氯代烃作原料制备出的药物种类很多,环氧氯代烃具有较好的市场应用潜力.The paper introduced two reactions of epichlorohydrocarbon that is opening-ring and substitute reaction,at the same time,introduced some kinds of medication made from epichlorohydrin.Basing on studying on preparation of β-methyl epichlorohydrin,we gave several medication as the examples.At present,there are many kinds of this medication using epichlorohydrocarbon as materials.The hydrocarbon has better development potentialities in market.
